This textured base coat is the answer to your painting on slick and shiny surfaces!  It was made to give your paint a "tooth" to grip to when painting on surfaces that arent going to take sanding well, are slick and shiny, or you just aren't sure how well your paint is going to adhere to.  Seriously, this is one product I will not be without!
